One of Brazil’s leading names in European karting, Miguel Costa has already started planning for the 2024 season, which should be his last before making the switch to cars. The driver will continue to race in the OK class in karting, where he has already raced this year, but he will also be competing in the KZ class, a first for the Brazilian.Last weekend, “Guel” ended the 2023 season by taking part in WSK Final Cup’s season finale, held at the Franciacorta karting track in Italy. The driver had a year of good results, finishing in the top-15 in the European Karting Championship and the World Championship in the top-20.

“It’s been a season of ups and downs, but I’m happy with my performance. I finished in the top-15 in the European Championship and had a positive performance in the World Championship. Now I’m going into my last year in karting, racing both in OK and KZ, which is a new category for me. I’m going to work hard to achieve good results,” said Miguel Costa.

The driver, who this year defended the Parolin team, still doesn’t have his competition schedule set for next year. Miguel knows, however, that he will have a busy 2024 competing in two categories, and some of the championships he will be competing in are the European and World Karting Championships.
